Situated in the heart of the Lake District close to Keswick town centre the en-suite bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding hills and woodlands.
Now with five en-suite bedrooms – some Double and some Family – all individually equipped with remote controlled flat screen TV, clock radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Free High speed Wi-Fi connection is also available.
After booking, you will receive our electronic welcome book. This is full of useful information on things to do, how to get around and also links to restaurants, cafes etc, complete with directions, website links and telephone numbers.

Walkers & Cyclists
Washing and drying facilities for walkers and cyclists who are unfortunate enough to experience a ‘wet day’ in the lakes. Plus secure cycle storage.
Dogs by arrangement
- Dogs are allowed by arrangement, a small fees is charged (please call for further information)
- Dogs are not permitted in the Ground Floor room.
- Dogs are not allowed in the Dining Room at any time.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in the bedroom, except during breakfast, as long as your dog does not mind being left.
- Dogs must be kept off the beds at all times.
- If your dog marks bedding or furnishings, then there may be a cleaning charge of £30.00 added to your bill.
